About the Role
The Account Trainee’s role is to support Business Team to deliver service to our clients’ brands and businesses, and drive growth for T&A Ogilvy.
What You’ll Do
In 2024, this covers the following priorities:
- Take part in all administrative tasks (workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking, etc) under the direction of Account Executive and Account Manager
- Be involved in the project brainstorming, management and report
- Execute tasks assigned by Line Manager
- Work with cross functioned team within the company
- Develop a thorough understanding of his/her brands
- Is hungry to learn the business and apply that knowledge - measured by number of training sessions attended and Account Executive's evaluation of how the learning is applied back on the job
What You’ll Need
This person should be passion in marketing, especially in Ads-Com/PR.
- Already had experience in related position/ work is much preferred
- University background of Marketing, Communications, or related majors. Last year student and can commit full-time working
- A good command of English, especially speaking and writing skills, is a must
- Hard working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure
- Have a “can-do” and learning attitude
